I build systems that turn complexity into execution

I am an expert global Operations and Project Executive with experience managing complex, cross-functional environments, concurrent portfolios, and teams responsible for delivering high-stakes work. My focus is turning business priorities into clear structures, effective processes, and practical ways of working that improve execution.

Throughout my career, I have worked in environments where growth, complexity, and competing priorities require more than simply keeping things moving. They require the right systems, the right accountability, and a clear understanding of how people actually work.

I bring a psychology-informed perspective to operations and leadership, paying attention not only to processes and performance, but also to the behaviours, relationships, decision-making patterns, and team dynamics that determine whether those systems work in practice.

My work sits at the intersection of operations, projects, people, and organizational effectiveness — with a simple objective: to make complex environments work more efficiently to drive profitability.

I write about leadership, execution, workplace dynamics, organizational systems, and the human factors behind performance. I also work with organizations and leaders on projects involving operations, team performance, and organizational design.

I get things done through understanding both the system and the people working within it.
